Shipping & Delivery
For shipping within Ireland, we use An Post's Express service, which is a next working day trackable service. We are delighted to offer free shipping on orders of €50 or more.

These rates are for postage and packaging of your order for delivery within Ireland only. Read about our International Shipping Policy.
Lead Times From Order To Delivery
Stocked petals are shipped the same or next working day after you place your order, for delivery usually within 2-3 working days.
Other sizes are delivered to you usually within 7-10 days. Please allow plenty of time for delivery. We recommend ordering 3-4 weeks in advance of your event date.
We will endeavor to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. On receipt of your order you will receive an email from confirming your order, and you will also receive an email to confirm dispatch as soon as your petals have been shipped.
Delivery Of Your Order
We ship using An Post's Express Post service which is a trackable service that requires a signature on delivery so you will need to be there, or have someone there, to sign for your package when it arrives. You will receive your tracking reference via email on dispatch. You can then track your item on An Post's website www.anpost.ie.
If no one is home to accept delivery then An Post will leave a green "Sorry We Missed You" slip in your postbox with details of where you can collect your package (usually your local post office).
If you then fail to collect your package from your local post office within their reasonable time frame the parcel is then held by An Post until it can be returned to rosepetals.ie. We accept returns on any of our 2 litre boxes within 14 days, so if you fail to collect your parcel from the post office and it is returned to us by An Post within that time frame, we would happily refund you the cost of the petals (but not the cost of shipping). However, it may take longer than the 14 days and in that case you may not be offered a refund. We cannot offer any refunds on quantities of 6 litres or more. Please make sure you are in to take delivery of your order, or that you collect it within a couple of days from your local post office! We cannot be held responsible because you haven't made a reasonable effort to accept delivery or collect your parcel.
We recommend that you order your petals 4 weeks prior to your event to ensure delivery in good time. Please don't leave an order to the last minute - especially if it's for your wedding! Saying that of course we will do our absolute best to accommodate you if things come down to the wire.
Issues Or Delays With Your Order
If you have any further questions on the whereabouts of your package, or any issues with delivery, you can email us email@example.com and we will help you track your package. You can also call An Post's Customer Service on 01-7057600 and they will be able to tell you over the phone the whereabouts of your package and when they expect it to be delivered.
Collection Of Orders
At the moment we don't offer an option to collect. All orders are placed online and shipped via An Post's Express overnight service to your chosen location in Ireland.
Packaging Of Your Order
If you are ordering your petals as a surprise, and you would prefer them to arrive in an unbranded/unmarked box then please let us know when you place your order by adding a comment to your order, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
As a lot of our customers order petals as part of a proposal surprise we are used to sending out petals in unbranded boxes. Even if we suspect the petals might be a surprise, we send them out in an unbranded box for discretion, just in case. The last thing we would want to do is spoil such a wonderful surprise!
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time we only ship to one address per order.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays within the Republic of Ireland. Processing an international order can take 1-2 working days.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

You could receive multiple shipments if your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
