Shipping & Delivery



When possible, please order 10 days or more in advance of your event date to ensure plenty of time for delivery and to avoid the stress of last-minute orders. 

Please note that ROI deliveries can take up to 5 working days to fulfil, and if you are ordering last minute/within a week of your event your first choice of petal/colour may not always be available. 

Please note we do not offer a pick up service and all orders are to be placed online, via our website, and will be shipped with DPD/DHL. If and when possible we may be able to deliver next day if your location is close by.

If you need your petals or accessories in a hurry, it's best to email us - - so that we can work with you on your order to get it to you quickly and with minimal stress.




For shipping within Ireland, we use DHL and DPD, which are both trackable courier services.

Please allow 5 working days for delivery of your order. Sometimes deliveries take longer.

If you need your petals ASAP please email us - - to let us know and we will prioritise your order to arrange it.


We can organise shipments within Europe. If you need your order shipped outside of Ireland and the UK please email us - - and we will send you a quotation for your shipment.

Please note that duties and taxes may be added to your purchase at the point of import into the UK from the EU. 


Delivery Of Your Order 

We ship using DPD and DHL Express which are both trackable services that requires a signature on delivery so you will need to be there, or have someone there, to sign for your package when it arrives. You will receive your tracking details via email on dispatch. 

With both DPD and DHL you may have delivery options available, in case you would prefer to delay the delivery or collect the parcel instead. These options will be available online. 

If you then fail to collect your package from DPD or DHL within their reasonable time then the courier may return the parcel to and unless the return is in line with our Returns Policy you may not be offered a refund.

Please make sure you are in to take delivery of your order, or that you collect it within a couple of days from your local hub. We cannot be held responsible because you haven't made a reasonable effort to accept delivery or collect your parcel. 

Please note that we do not deliver to PO addresses but we can deliver to a venue where a contact is given (such as a wedding planner, hotel or restaurant manager etc). 

Issues Or Delays With Your Order 

If you have any further questions on the whereabouts of your package, or any issues with delivery, you can email us and we will help you track your package. You can also call DPD or DHL customer services directly and they will be able to tell you over the phone the whereabouts of your package and arrange delivery with you.  

Collection Of Orders

At the moment we don't offer an option to collect. All orders are placed online and shipped via DPD or DHL to your chosen location in Ireland.

Packaging Of Your Order 

If you are ordering your petals as a surprise, and you would prefer them to arrive in an unbranded/unmarked box then please let us know when you place your order by adding a comment to your order, or emailing

As a lot of our customers order petals as part of a proposal surprise, we are used to sending out petals in unbranded boxes. Even if we suspect the petals might be a surprise, we send them out in an unbranded box for discretion, just in case. The last thing we would want to do is spoil such a wonderful surprise!

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time we only ship to one address per order. 

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays within the Republic of Ireland. Processing usually takes 24-48 hours. Processing and delivery of orders can take longer around busy holiday times so please order ahead whenever you can.

Packages do not ship any orders on the following holidays:

Multiple Shipments

You could receive multiple shipments if your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
