After a few quiet months here at Rosepetals.ie it has been joyful to see so many couples getting back to wedding planning over the past few weeks. From those seeking just a few handfuls of confetti to full on petal pathways and table décor, it seems that wedding season is back on (albeit a little different than before).
Throughout July it’s possible to have gatherings of up to 50 people indoors and up to 200 people outdoors, and from July 20th (which is only a couple of weeks away now), up to 100 people can gather indoors and up to 500 people outdoors. While we aren’t suggesting that we should all be planning big weddings, parties and gatherings en masse, it is lovely to know that couples can pull together a special day to enjoy with some close family and friends. It means that those with small to medium sized weddings booked in this month might get to go ahead and enjoy their day, with a few alterations here and there… and for those who have nothing booked in but have decided that now is as good a time as any, it means they can pull together a day to remember while the going is good.
Of course, social distancing protocols will be required and will have a bearing on how you celebrate and how many guests you can have, but Hotels, Restaurants and most venues should have good planning in place by now to make sure that your day feels as special as possible while respecting health protection guidelines. If you have a wedding booked in for the coming months, we’re sure by now you have run through the new plans and logistics with your venue and that you have been able to prepare your guests for what to expect on the day.
For those who can’t make it, it’s a great idea to livestream the most important parts of your day, that way any older or vulnerable family and friends won’t feel quite so left out.

For larger orders, please allow 7-10 working days or longer for delivery (we're working as quickly as we can to dispatch all orders but allowing yourself that extra time for delivery at the moment is safest and less stressful for everyone!).
