Lost/Never Arrived Orders

In the unlikely event that you haven't yet received your order within the delivery guidelines that we've given here please email and we will get right on it and update you as to where your order is at. All orders are shipped with UPS and DHL and are fully traceable.

Cancellation/Amendment Of Orders

If you contact to cancel or amend your order prior to it being shipped, we will do our best to carry out your request. This is at our discretion. We often ship within a few hours of an order and can only cancel an order or make amendments where the order has not yet been dispatched. If you do not wish to keep your order when it arrives you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund.
